The ladder is completely housed within the frame of the loft hatch when it is folded. It’s so easy to use the Telescopic Loft Ladder, you just open the hatch, let down the ladder holder, release the catch and pull down the ladder – all ready!

- 2.35metres to 2.7 metres with loft hatch of size 53cm x 87cm
or
- 2.65metres to 3metres with loft hatch of size 53cm x 90cm
