The MODULAR Staircase with tread widths 74cm or 89cm Additional components are available for the stair such as balsutrade kits for landing areas, additional handrail and extra treads as shown below.
A 74cm tread width for smaller spaces such as a secondary access stair or in living rooms where space is limited as the going ranges from 18cm to 22cm
The 89cm read width is used a more robust, regularly used stair which cna be used as a main staircase as its going ranges from 22cm to 26cm.
With a choice of light and dark stained hard wood tread this stair is at the cutting edge of open riser staircases bringing light and space to any room and house. The steel spindles or balutsrade come as either Black White or Grey/Silver and to meet the dimensions of your room the configuration of the stair can either be a straight flight, an L shape wih one 90 degree turn or a U shape with two ninety degree turns.
